摘 要:为了减小推矢装置的阻力,提出了一种楔形耳片燃气舵设计方式,采用CFD方法,对楔形耳片燃气舵装置进行仿真分析,将得到的结果与矩形耳片燃气舵组件的气动数据进行对比。结果表明:虽然安装在楔形耳片上的燃气舵升力相对减小,但由于楔形耳片本身产生一定的前向作用力,从而降低推矢装置的阻力并增加推矢装置的升阻比;楔形耳片燃气舵装置在相同升力条件下对导弹的控制力矩也有所增加。In order to reduce the drag force of jet vane TVC system,a new kind of wedge lugs was proposed,and CFD method was used in the simulation of jet vanes and wedge lugs aerodynamic characteristics,and the simulation data were compared.The results showed that in spite of decrease in lift force of jet vanes installed on wedge lugs,the wedge lugs itself engendered forward force rather than drag force,and thus increased lift to drag ratio significantly.Results also showed that control moment was enhanced on the condition that the lift force produce by jet vane was equal.
