摘  要:为科学选用钾肥种类,促进紫色甘薯生产提质增效,研究不同形态钾肥对川紫薯2号花青素合成及其关键酶活性的影响,以无钾肥处理与不施肥处理为对照,设置K2SO4、KCl、KH2PO4、K2HPO44种不同形态钾肥处理,在移栽后不同阶段取样测定紫薯块根鲜质量、干质量、花青素含量、花青素积累量和花青素合成关键酶活性。结果发现,K2SO4处理对川紫薯2号鲜质量、花青素含量和积累量提升最为明显。经4种不同形态钾肥处理后,块根花青素合成关键酶活性与无钾肥对照组和不施肥对照组相比,大部分活性有所提升,但其变化趋势有所差异。表明,川紫薯2号对于不同形态钾肥表现出不同的敏感性,选择适合的钾肥,可有效提高其花青素含量,增加经济价值。In order to select the kinds of potassium fertilizer scientifically and improve the quality and efficiency of purple sweet potato,the effect of different forms of potash fertilizer on anthocyanin synthesis and key enzymes activities of Chuanzishu 2 were studied by using six treatments of K2SO4,KCl,KH2PO4,K2HPO4,potassium-free control and fertilizer-free control.The fresh root weight,dry root weight,anthocyanin content,anthocyanin accumulation and the key enzyme activity of anthocyanin synthesis were measured at different growth stages after transplanting.The results showed that the fresh root weight,anthocyanin content and anthocyanin accumulation of Chuanzishu 2 were significantly improved by K2SO4 treatment.Compared with the control group,the activities of the key enzymes in anthocyanin synthesis in root were improved by four different potash fertilizers,but the change trend was different.Chuanzishu 2 showed different sensitivities to different potash fertilizers.Choosing the suitable potash fertilizer can effectively improve the anthocyanin content of Chuanzishu 2 and increase economic value.
