摘  要:通过ANSYS Workbench软件对某新型伺服直驱螺旋压力机传动机构中的螺杆进行数值模拟,分析其变形、等效应力和疲劳寿命的情况,结果表明:螺杆轴肩上方与轴向的连接处为薄弱部分。对螺杆进行结构优化,结果表明:优化后螺杆的最大应力由233.96 MPa降为158.49 MPa,疲劳寿命由7118次增加至1.3598×105次,优化效果明显。建立优化后的新型伺服直驱螺旋压力机与某花键直驱螺旋压力机的数值模型,分析两种压力机的整体变形和在压下方向上的变形,并对其刚度进行计算对比,结果表明:伺服直驱螺旋压力机的变形远小于花键直驱螺旋压力机,综合刚度与机身刚度均明显提高。借助DEFORM-3D软件分别对伺服直驱螺旋压力机与传统摩擦压力机上气门的成形过程进行数值模拟,分析其温度、等效应变、等效应力、成形载荷等,结果表明:伺服直驱螺旋压力机上成形气门的等效应力和等效应变明显减小,且分布更加均匀,气门的质量明显提高,证明了新型伺服直驱螺旋压力机的先进性。The screw in transmission mechanism of a new servo direct drive screw press was numerically simulated by software ANSYS Workbench,and its deformation,equivalent stress and fatigue life were analyzed.The results show that the connection part between upper part of screw shaft shoulder and axial part is the weak area,and the screw structure was optimized.The results show that after optimization,the maximum stress of screw decreases from 233.96 MPa to 158.49 MPa,and the fatigue life increases from 7118 to 1.3598×10~5,demonstrating a significant optimization result.Furthermore,the numerical models of the optimized servo direct drive screw press and a spline direct drive screw press were established,the total deformation and the deformation in the pressing direction of two presses were analyzed,and the stiffness of two presses were calculated respectively and compared.The results show that the deformation of servo direct drive screw press is much lower than that of spline direct drive screw press,and the comprehensive stiffness and body stiffness are obviously enhanced.Finally,the forming processes of valves in the new servo direct drive screw press and the traditional friction press were simulated by software DEFORM-3 D respectively,and the temperature,equivalent strain,equivalent stress and forming load were analyzed respectively.The results show that the equivalent stress and equivalent strain of the valves formed by the servo direct drive screw press are greatly reduced and their distributions are more homogeneous,and the quality of valves is significantly improved,which proves the advancement of the new servo direct drive screw press.
