摘　　要：结合目前民营企业的发展困境及高职院校校企合作中存在的问题展开分析,以柳州城市职业学院与民企柳州家居合作为例,论述高职院校与区域大型民营企业互助发展的可行性。Based on the analysis of the problems existing in private enterprises and the cooperation between schools and enterprises in higher vocational colleges,this paper takes the cooperation between Liuzhou City Vocational College and Liuzhou Home Furnishing as an example to discuss the feasibility of mutual development between higher vocational colleges and regional large private enterprises.
