摘  要:采用问卷法调查了成都市A区4223名义务教育阶段教师心理健康现状,分析其影响因素并探究这些因素对心理健康的作用机制。调查结果显示:①义务教育阶段教师心理健康状况与普通人群相比较差,强迫症状、躯体化、抑郁等心理问题突出;②义务教育阶段教师心理健康在性别、教龄、学段、学科和是否班主任等人口学变量上存在显著差异;③教师工作压力、职业倦怠水平均与心理健康水平存在显著负相关,教师职业发展水平与心理健康水平存在显著正相关;④教师的职业发展水平直接影响教师心理健康状况,可通过职业倦怠、工作压力的中介作用,以及工作压力-职业倦怠的链式中介作用间接影响教师心理健康状况。A questionnaire survey was conducted among 4223 teachers in compulsory education period in A district of Chengdu to investigate their mental health,analyze the influencing factors,and explore the mechanism of these factors on their mental health.The research shows as follows:first,the mental health status of teachers in compulsory education period is worse than that of the general population,and problems such as obsessive-compulsive symptoms,somatization and depression are prominent;second,there are significant differences in the demographic variables of teachers’mental health in compulsory education period,such as gender,years of teaching,learning period,discipline and whether they are class teachers or not;third,teachers’job stress and job burnout are significantly negatively correlated with their mental health level,while teachers’career development is significantly positively correlated with their mental health level;fourth,teachers’career development level not only directly affects teachers’mental health,but also indirectly affects teachers’mental health through the mediating effect of job burnout and job pressure,as well as the chain mediating effect of job stress and job burnout.
