摘　　要：阐述跨学科合作价值、医学图书馆数字人文发展的必要性,从学科文化、学术地位和组织架构等方面分析医学高校图书馆数字人文跨学科合作存在的问题,提出相关建议,包括打造良好制度环境、建立有效管理计划、构建完善新型组织结构等方面。The paper expounds the value of interdisciplinary cooperation and the necessity of digital humanities development of medical library,analyzes the existing problems of digital humanities interdisciplinary cooperation in libraries of medical colleges and universities from the aspects of disciplinary culture,academic status,organizational structure,etc.,puts forward relevant suggestions,including creating a good institutional environment,establishing effective management plans,perfecting new organizational structure,etc.
