摘　　要：高校学生管理工作是高等教育的重要环节,是实现立德树人教育目标不可或缺的手段。管理工作的好坏,决定了高校人才培养质量。开展什么样的管理工作,如何开展管理工作是当前乃至今后一段时期必须回答的问题。新时代高校学生管理工作要紧密围绕立德树人育人宗旨,牢固秉持人本主义工作原则,提升服务能力和服务水平,在创新高校大学生管理工作理念、管理工作机制、管理工作路径等方面下大功夫、下实功夫,切实服务于高校人才培养工作。The management of college students is an important link in higher education and an indispensable means to realize the goal of"strengthening morality and cultivating talents",which has a profound influence on the growth of college students.Therefore,the quality of management determines the quality of talent training in universities.In this case,what kind of management should be conducted,and how to carry out management are questions that must be answered at present and even in the future period.In the new era,the management of college students should closely focus on the tenet of"strengthening morality,cultivating talents,and educating talents",firmly adhere to the working principle of humanism,and diligently work in innovating college students'management philosophy,management mechanism,and management path so as to effectively serve colleges'talents fostering work.
