摘　　要：我国教师教育制度的现状是:国家办学、政府监管;三级师范过渡到二级师范;“三类”教师教育系统彼此独立、互不隶属。遇到的困境:对教师和教师教育的认识有待提高;教师专业化标准和教师准入机制需要完善;教师教育体系相对封闭,职前和职后教育体系还需改善。应从法规、观念和内容方面采取有效的对策。The present situation of the teacher education system in China is manifested in the following aspects:state school-running and government supervision;transition from three-level teachers to two-level teachers;independence and non-subordination of the Three Types teacher education system,which faces such dilemmas:awareness of teachers and teacher education needs to be improved;teacher professionalization standards and teacher access mechanism need to be improved;teacher education system is relatively closed,and preservice and post-service education systems need to be improved.Eff ective countermeasures should be taken from the aspects of laws,concepts and contents.
