摘　　要：论文分析了财务会计准则对企业人力资源管理的影响,阐述了基于财务会计准则的企业人力资源管理的具体内容,并进一步探讨了财务会计准则视域下人力资源管理的实践路径。This paper analyzes the impact of financial accounting standards on enterprise human resources management,expounds the specific content of enterprise human resources management based on the financial accounting standards,and further discusses the practical path of human resources management under the perspective of financial accounting standards.
