大学生完美主义与专业承诺:学业自我效能感的中介作用

摘　　要：本研究以山东省高校172名大学生为样本进行调查,探讨大学生完美主义、专业承诺以及学业自我效能感的现状和三者之间存在的相互关系。研究发现:大学生的完美主义、专业承诺和学业自我效能感都处于中高水平;大学生的积极完美主义倾向、专业承诺以及学业自我效能感之间存在显著的正相关,而消极完美主义与专业承诺呈显著正相关,与学业自我效能感不相关;大学生学业自我效能感在完美主义与专业承诺之间发挥着部分中介效应。This study took 172 college students in Shandong province as samples to investigate the current situation and relationship of perfectionism,professional commitment and academic self-efficacy.The results showed that:(1)perfectionism,professional commitment and academic self-efficacy were all at a middle and high level among college students;(2)there was a significant positive correlation between positive perfectionism,professional commitment and academic self-efficacy,while a significant positive correlation between negative perfectionism with professional commitment but not with academic self-efficacy.(3)academic self-efficacy played a part of mediating role between perfectionism and professional commitment among college students.
