摘  要:随着海量军事信息的涌现,移动平台上的指战员难以准确获得所需资源。为了推动军事信息服务的移动化、精准化和智能化,需利用位置相关移动军事信息服务能力来解决军事信息过载问题。针对战场环境中移动平台位置动态变化的特征以及军事信息按需保障的要求,提出了多样化移动平台军事信息服务模式及其系统总体架构,以及基于平台位置的移动信息服务处理流程和军事信息推荐方法。基于位置感知的移动平台军事信息服务框架可用于舰艇平台、陆战车载平台和单兵的精确化信息保障场景,并可实现移动平台的态势感知能力提升。With the emergence of massive military information,it is difficult for commanders on mobile platforms to accurately obtain the required resources.In order to promote the mobility,the precision and the intelligence of military information service,the problem of military information overload should be solved by utilizing location-related mobile military information service capability.According to the characteristic of dynamic changes of mobile platform position in battlefield environment and the requirement of on-demand military information support,the diversified mobile platform military information service mode and its overall architecture are proposed,and the mobile information service processing flow and the military information recommendation method based on platform position are put forward.The military information service architecture of mobile platform based on location awareness can be used for the accurate information support scenarios of ship platform,road vehicle platform and individual soldier,and can improve the situational awareness of mobile platform.
