符合高职院校特色的校园基础设施全员维修机制探索

摘　　要：对比借鉴全员生产维修(TPM)机制,将TPM机制向校园基础设施全员维修机制迁移,构建符合高职院校特色的校园基础设施全员维修机制,在校园资金有限、基础设施情况多样、人员构成复杂的情况下,做到最大限度地提高基础设施的管理效果。Compared with the total production and maintenance(TPM)mechanism,the TPM mechanism is transferred to the campus infrastructure full maintenance mechanism.The campus infrastructure full maintenance mechanism is constructed in line with the characteristics of higher vocational colleges.In the case of limited campus funds,diverse infrastructure and complex personnel composition,the management effect of infrastructure can be maximized.
