摘　　要：将企业中先进的问题解决方法——丰田工作法应用于高职院校班主任工作中,由问题导向出发,明确班主任工作重点,引导学生形成良好的思维方式,激发学生学习动机与兴趣,养成学生终身学习习惯,全面提升学生综合能力。This paper applies Toyota Business Practices,an advanced problem-solving method in the enterprise,to the work of head teachers in higher vocational colleges.Based on the principle of problem-oriented,this paper clarifies the work focus of head teachers,namely,we should guide students to form a good way of thinking,stimulate their learning motivation and interest,form their lifelong learning habits,so as to improve their comprehensive ability in an all round way.
