摘  要:改革开放以来,我国人格心理学获得了空前繁荣的发展,但当前的人格心理学教材中仍凸显出一些问题,如缺乏中国化的人格理论,已有教材中的研究结论并不能完全适用于中国人,对与我国经济社会发展密切相关的问题关照不足等。面对国内人格心理学中国化程度不足的现状,需要探索出一套既能融入中华文化,又能兼具国内外最新研究成果的教材架构模式,并可以从人生追求、人生态度、人生智慧、人生修养四个方面尝试创新。在教学实践中,教师需要带领学生采用质性和量化相结合的方法探索中国人的人格特点;从中国传统文化中汲取营养,形成中国化的人格理论;理论结合实际,助力中国社会经济发展。Since the reform and opening up,the study of personality psychology in China has achieved unprecedented prosperity.However,current personality psychology textbooks still bear problems,such as the lack of Chinese personality theory,research conclusions that do not apply to Chinese people,and the lack of attention paid toward China’s economic and social development problems.Given that the current situation of domestic personality psychology in China is inadequate,it is necessary to develop a set of teaching materials that can integrate into Chinese culture that also includes the latest local and international research.Furthermore,the materials should involve the innovation of the four themes of life:pursuit,attitude,wisdom,and cultivation.In teaching practice,teachers must lead students in the use of a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to explore the characteristics of Chinese personality.Specifically,they should draw from traditional Chinese culture to form Chinese personality theories and combine theory with practice to aid in the social and economic development of China.
