摘 要:校长培训是促进中小学校长专业发展的重要途径,对培训需求的调研是提供有效培训的前提。采用问卷调查法、课堂观察法和访谈法,探究兵团中小学校长的培训需求,并在此基础上提出对策建议。研究发现:兵团中小学校长参与培训的目的兼顾引领学校发展和提升教育教学质量;校长预期培训目标指向基于实践的问题解决;体验式、参与式、互动式的培训模式更受参训者的认可。基于此,研究提出如下建议:基于校长的参训需求,做好培训的顶层设计;校长培训课程内容设计应突出实践导向和问题导向;在培训模式上,应加大体验式、参与式、互动式学习的占比;构建中小学校长专业学习共同体将对校长专业成长发挥持续的促进作用。The principle training is one of the important ways to promote the professional development of principles in both primary and secondary schools.However,providing sufficient investigations towards these trainings is a critical premise to ensure the quality of the training.This research mainly uses questionnaire survey method and interview method to explore the needs of principles in both primary and secondary schools of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.We found out that nowadays the principles’participations are aimed at leading the development of the school and the improvement of teaching quality.The supposed goal of the principles are to solve practical problems,so trainings based on experience,participation and interaction are more recognized by trainees.On this basis,it is recommended that top-level design should be well established based on the principles’needs;the cirriculum design should be practice-oriented and problem-oriented;the training mode should be more focused on learning based on experience,participation and interaction;and the construction of pripciples'professional learning communitee will promote the sustainable professional development of the principles.
