摘　　要："翱翔计划"是北京市基础教育创新性改革的一大重要举措,该计划通过"生源校—基地申报校—高校、科研院所实验室"链条式管理与培养模式,以兴趣为导向,拓展高中生学习和成长空间,推动基础教育阶段拔尖创新人才培养。北京市临床医学研究所阴赪宏教授课题组所在实验室经过十年带教经验总结出一套自己的教学模式,并通过该模式成功培养出一批优秀学员,为生命科学领域输送人才贡献了一份力量。The"Soaring Plan"is an important platform for the innovative reform of basic education in Beijing.Through the chain management and training mode of from high schools,to application base schools,universities and scientific research institute laboratories,the plan has expanded the learning and growth space of high school students and promoted the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in the stage of basic education.As an important part of the"Soaring Plan",the laboratories of colleges and universities and scientific research institutes aim to become the interest expanding classroom of high school students in their spare time.Therefore,how to achieve the purpose of teaching with high quality in a short period requires teachers to seriously think and explore.After ten years of teaching experience,the laboratory of professor Yin Chenghong of Beijing Institute of Clinical Medicine has summed up a set of teaching mode of its own,and has successfully trained a number of excellent students through this mode,which has contributed to the talent transportation in the field of life science.
