摘　　要：研究Hurwitz zeta函数、Kloosterman和及广义Cochrane和的相关性质,通过初等方法,利用Gauss和的性质及特征和的估计研究了Hurwitz zeta函数、Kloosterman和及广义Cochrane和的混合均值问题,并给出了较强的渐近公式。The main purpose of this paper is to study the properties of Hurwitz zeta function,Kloosterman sums and generalized Cochrane sum.Mean values for these sums were studied,and a sharper mean value formula for them was given by using analytic method,properties of Gauss sums and estimate of character sums.
