校企协同企业教师工作站信息化系统建设研究

摘　　要：企业教师工作站是教师深入企业实践锻炼的一个载体,是高职院校推进"双师型"师资队伍建设的重要路径。"互联网+"背景下,校企协同建立的工作站管理和绩效评估信息化系统,体现了"过程性""协同性""系统性"的特点,提升了教师工作站建设和管理的信息化水平,为保障企业教师工作站的高效运行和教师的专业发展提供了坚强的保障。Enterprise teacher workstation is a carrier for teacher to practice in enterprises, and is an important approach for higher vocational college to promote the construction of dual-type teaching staff. Based on internet+, the management of workstation and the information-based system of performance evaluation set up by school-enterprise Synergy present characteristics of procedure, synergy and system, improve the information-based level of construction and management of teacher workstation, and provide the strong guarantee for hi-efficient operation of enterprise teacher workstation and teachers’ professional development.
