摘 要:针对振动影响挖坑机操作舒适性及坑穴垂直度问题,研制一种独轮手推车式挖坑机。根据力矩平衡原理,利用CAD及LMS Test,研究挖坑机正常工作最佳转速范围、气弹簧选型及安装位置、气弹簧机构减振效果。结果表明:该挖坑机结构轻便、操作简单、田间通过性好,能保证挖坑垂直度,最佳作业转速范围为162~308 r/min,不同激励频率下隔振率为55%~96%,能够阻隔发动机向车架把手端传递振动。In order to solve the problem of vibration affecting the operating comfort and the vertical degree of pits,a wheelbarrow-type digging machine was developed.According to the principle of torque balance,the optimal speed range,selection and installation position of air spring,and vibration damping effect of air spring mechanism of digging machine under normal operation are studied by CAD and LMS Test.The results show that the digging machine has the advantages of light structure,simple operation,good field passing ability,which can guarantee the perpendicularity of the digging.The optimal operating speed range is 162~308 r/min,and the vibration isolation rate is 55%~96% under different excitation frequencies,which can block the transmission of vibration from the engine to the frame handle.
