摘 要:智能指挥与控制系统是未来指控发展的总体趋势,目前大多数研究是针对智能指挥与控制系统在感知、定位、决策和执行的某一环节结合人工智能技术进行研究,而对于人与智能指挥与控制系统交互的视角几乎没有被研究过。未来智能指挥与控制系统的发展将是人的智能与计算智能有机融合的一个系统,过于强调人工智能技术和过于忽略人的智能都不符合现阶段智能指挥与控制系统发展的思路,如何让人机配合发挥智能指挥与控制系统最大效果将是现阶段最有效的思路。介绍了智能指挥与控制各模块,并进一步分析了智能指挥与控制各模块中人的地位和作用,建立了智能指挥与控制人机混合模型,构建人与未来智能指挥与控制的关系地位,最大化地发挥人机融合后智能指挥与控制的效用,为后续智能指挥与控制系统的研究奠定人机关系的基础。Intelligent command and control system is the general trend of command and control development in the future.At present,most of the research is focused on the intelligent command and control system in the perception,location,decision-making and execution of a link combined with artificial intelligence technology,while the perspective of interaction between people and intelligent command and control system has hardly been studied.The development of intelligent command and control system in the future will be a system that integrates human intelligence and computational intelligence organically.Overemphasizing artificial intelligence technology and overlooking human intelligence are not in line with the thinking of the development of intelligent command and control system at present.How to make human-computer cooperation give full play to the maximum effect of intelligent command and control system?It is the most effective way of thinking at this stage.Firstly,this paper introduces each module of intelligent command and control,and further analyses the position and role of human in each module of intelligent command and control,establishes a man-machine hybrid model of intelligent command and control,constructs the relationship status between human and future intelligent command and control,and maximizes the intelligent command and control after human-machine integration.Effectiveness lays the foundation of man-machine relationship for the follow-up research of intelligent command and control system.
