摘 要:《食品机械与设备》课程是食品科学与工程专业的重要核心课程,实践性和应用性较强。针对课程教学现状,在工程教育认证理念的指导下,逆向设计了《食品机械与设备》课程合理具体的课程目标,以课程目标达成为导向,实施了以学生为中心的混合式教学模式,并建立了多元化的课程考核评价体系以全方面评价学习效果,师生利用考核评价结果进行持续改进,形成螺旋闭环式的课程质量提升机制。课程改革有效提高了教学质量,激发了学生的学习积极性和主动性,培养了学生解决复杂工程问题的能力。Food machine and equipment is an important core course with strong practicality and applicability of food science and engineering.In view of the current situation of curriculum teaching,based on the guidance of engineering education certification concept,the reasonable and specific course objectives of food machine and equipment were reversed designed,aiming at the achievement of course objectives,the student-centered blended teaching mode was implemented,and a diversified learning evaluation system was established to comprehensively evaluate the learning outcome.Both teachers and students make continuous improvement based on the evaluation results,and a spiral closed-loop mechanism to improve the quality of curriculum was formed.The curriculum reform effectively improves the quality of teaching,stimulates students’learning enthusiasm and initiative,and cultivates students'ability to solve complex engineering problems.
