摘 要:伴随食品生产加工技术的不断完善和优化,食品的数量和种类不断增加,人们对食品的质量和安全也越来越重视。然而,目前在我国基于供应链的食品安全体系中仍存在很多问题,因此需及时构建完善的食品安全保障体系。本文重点对基于供应链的食品安全保障体系进行了详细全面的分析。With the continuous improvement and optimization of food production and processing technology,the quantity and variety of food are growing,and people pay more and more attention to food quality and food safety.However,at present,there are many problems in the food safety system based on the supply chain in China,so people have a strong demand for the timely construction and improvement of the food safety guarantee system.Combined with these situations,this paper focuses on the detailed and comprehensive analysis of the food safety assurance system based on the supply chain,for reference only.
