摘  要:目的:参加代码为ACAS-PT902-103的沙门氏菌检测能力验证,分析实验过程中关键注意点,提高实验室对沙门氏菌的检测能力。方法:采用ACAS-PT902(2020)参试指导书和GB 4789.4—2016标准检验样品,配合使用BAX System Q7为辅助方法,并对分离的可疑菌落进行API20E生化鉴定,同时采用Phoenix M50全自动微生物鉴定仪最终鉴定。结果:BAX System Q7法与国家标准法检测结果一致,样品20-W320和样品20-V584均检出沙门氏菌。结论:BAX System Q7检测方法更快速、操作更简便,且一次可以检测多批次样本;Phoenix M50鉴定仪鉴定结果简便快速,且可以同时鉴定不同种类细菌。能力验证及平常实验室检验中在国家标准基础上建议可采用上述方法做平行比对,本次实验也为沙门氏菌今后的快速检测提供了技术储备。Objective:Participate in the Salmonella detection capability verification code ACAS-PT902-103,analyze key points during the experiment,and improve the laboratory's ability to detect Salmonella.Method:Adopt ACAS-PT902(2020)reference manual and GB 4789.4—2016 standard test sample,use BAX System Q7 as auxiliary method,and conduct API20E biochemical identification of isolated suspicious colonies,and adopt Phoenix M50 automatic microbial identification Final appraisal of the instrument.Results:The BAX System Q7 method was consistent with the national standard method.Salmonella was detected in both sample 20-W320 and sample 20-V584.Conclusion:The BAX System Q7 detection method is faster and easier to operate,and can detect multiple batches of samples at one time;the Phoenix M50 identification instrument has simple and fast identification results,and can simultaneously identify different types of bacteria.In proficiency testing and ordinary laboratory tests,it is recommended to use the above methods for parallel comparison based on national standards.This experiment also provides technical reserves for the rapid detection of Salmonella in the future.
