高校学生工作“保稳定促发展”的实践探索--以南昌航空大学“3+1”模式为例

摘　　要：高校立身之本在于立德树人,党和国家把高等教育放在优先发展的战略地位,学生工作是高校人才培养重要组成部分,是大学生思想政治教育与管理的重要内容,南昌航空大学提出高校“保稳定促发展”学生工作主题,开展以“3+1”为主要模式的学生教育管理工作实践,将高校学生工作保平安促发展主题内容具体化、项目化,取得了一定的工作效果,具有较好的辐射借鉴。Moral education is foundation of a university.The party and the country place higher education in a strategic position for the development of higher education.Student work is an important part of university talent cultivation and an important content of University student’s ideological and political education and management.Nanchang Hangkong University proposed universities with the theme of“ensuring stability and promoting development”,we carried out student education management work practice with“3+1”as the main mode,and made specific and project-oriented content of the theme of“promoting stability and development”,and achieved certain results,has a good radiation reference.
