摘 要:利用青花椒籽为原料,采用超临界CO 2萃取设备萃取花椒籽油。在单因素试验的基础上,以花椒籽的提油率和α-亚麻酸含量为考察指标,利用响应面法对提油率和α-亚麻酸含量萃取工艺进行同时优化。根据响应面法,绘制等高线图及响应曲面,采取同时优化,得到最佳条件:萃取压力为30 MPa,萃取温度为51℃,萃取时间为90 min。在此条件下进行验证试验,得到花椒籽的提油率为12.52%,α-亚麻酸含量为4.45%,与回归模型计算预测值接近,说明响应面法同时优化超临界CO 2萃取花椒籽油和α-亚麻酸含量条件可行。Take Zanthoxylum bungeanum seeds as the raw materials,adopt the supercritical CO 2 extraction equipment to extract Zanthoxylum bungeanum seed oil.On the basis of single factor experiment,the extraction rate andα-linolenic acid content of Zanthoxylum bungeanum seeds are as the investigation indexes,the extraction process of oil extraction rate andα-linolenic acid content is optimized simultaneously by response surface method.The contour map and response surface are drawn according to the response surface method,and simultaneous optimization is adopted to obtain the optimal conditions:the extraction pressure is 30 MPa,the extraction temperature is 51℃,and the extraction time is 90 min.The oil extraction rate andα-linolenic acid content of Zanthoxylum bungeanum seeds is 12.52%and 4.45%respectively,which is close to the predicted value calculated by regression model.The results indicate that the simultaneous optimization of supercritical CO 2 extraction conditions for Zanthoxylum bungeanum seed oil andα-linolenic acid content by response surface method is feasible.
