摘　　要：结合《广西职业技术学院学报》的办刊经验,从转变精神境界、坚持办刊品格、提升办刊认知、以创造性彰显特色、转变办刊格局、与学院保持协同发展、重视视觉化包装等十个方面论述了高职学报办刊中的十大转变。针对当前不少高职学报存在的主体意识不强、品格缺失、内容同质、特色缺乏、印刷粗糙、编辑技能单一等问题,"十大转变"可为高职学报的发展提供有益借鉴。Combined with the running experience of "Journal of Guangxi Vocational and Technical College", this paper elaborates transformaiton of journal running in higher vocational colleges from 10 aspects: the transformation of the spiritual realm, insisting on the character of running the journal, improving the cognition of running the journal, highlighting the characteristics with creativity, changing the pattern of running the journal, maintaining the coordinating development with the college, focusing on the visual packaging. The connotation and appearance of the journal have been changed significantly, and the journal itself has also obtained good development. In view of the problems existing in many higher vocational journals, such as weak subject consciousness, lack of character, homogeneity of content, lack of features, rough printing and single editing skills, the idea reconstruction and action-turning practice of "Journal of Guangxi Vocational and Technical College" can provide useful reference for the development of journals of higher vocational colleges.
