摘 要:长期以来高等教育院校始终存在着重科研轻教学或重教学轻科研的现实矛盾和冲突,这也一直是制约军队院校青年教员个人事业发展和军事人才培养质量提升的重要问题。文章以我校飞行器动力工程专业的青年教员教研能力融合培养为目标,提出了专业教学科研从科教分离向科教结合、科教融合转变的理念,以此为支撑构建了“协作型、研究型和创新型”三位一体的青年教员团队建设和协作机制,以团队协作的方式把武器装备专业教学和科学研究过程高度融合,有效实现了青年教员教学科研学术能力的全面协调发展,促进了军事人才培养质量的提升。For a long time,higher education has been confronted with the contradiction and conflict of emphasizing scientific research over teaching or emphasizing teaching over scientific research,which has been an important problem restricting the development of individual career of young faculty in military academies and the improvement of military personnel training quality.In order to integrate and cultivate the teaching and research ability of young faculty majoring in aircraft power engineering in our university,this paper puts forward the idea of transforming professional teaching and research from separation of science and education to combination and integration of science and education.On this basis,a"collaborative,research-oriented and innovation-oriented"trinity of young faculty team construction and the coordination mechanism has been built.By highly integrating the teaching and scientific research process of the weapon and equipment major in the way of teamwork,it effectively realizes the comprehensive and coordinated development of the teaching,scientific research and academic ability of young faculty and promotes the improvement of the training quality of military talents.
