摘  要:结合天津大学制药工程专业工程教育认证工作,基于专业实验课程药物制剂实验项目的现状,着眼于综合能力、实践能力、创新能力的培养,进行了以学生为中心,能力培养为导向的药物制剂综合型、设计型实验项目改革,将以往多个单一实验项目整合为综合型实验项目,并增加设计型实验项目。以典型产品为主线,按照药品生产工艺流程将各单元制备技术与质量分析技术结合,构建综合型和设计型实验项目,更加全面系统地对学生进行实验设计、实验技能的训练,培养学生实践与创新能力。结合实验教学实例,深入探讨了综合型和设计型实验项目的构建及实施效果,为全面推进工程教育认证下专业实验教学改革提供参考。Combining with the engineering education certification of pharmaceutical engineering in Tianjin University and focusing on the cultivation of comprehensive ability,practical ability and innovative ability,the pharmaceutical preparations which are student-centered and capacity-training-oriented are reformed based on the current status of the experimental projects of pharmaceutical preparations.Multiple previous single experimental projects are integrated into a comprehensive experimental project and add designed experimental projects.Taking typical products as the main line,according to the pharmaceutical production process,each unit preparation technology and quality analysis technology are combined to construct a comprehensive and designed experimental project.Students are systematically and comprehensively trained in experimental design and experimental skills,which can help students get practical ability and creativity.Combining the experimental teaching examples,the thesis deeply discusses the construction and implementation effects of the comprehensive and designed experimental projects,and provides reference for the comprehensive promotion of professional experimental teaching reform under the engineering education certification.
