摘　　要：北京大学第三医院普通外科急诊建立了胜任力导向的培训模式,包括对住院医师岗前培训、在岗培训和病例分析讲座等培训方式,以及基于疾病知识的理论培训和普通外科急诊实践技能培训、规范化救治流程培训和医患沟通能力培养;对住院医师培训前评估、培训后考核。同时,将该培训模式应用于54名普通外科急诊住院医师培训中。结果表明,胜任力导向培训模式有效地提高了普通外科急诊住院医师的工作胜任力,保证了急诊医疗工作的安全。The competency oriented training mode at emergency department of general surgery was established in the Third Hospital of Peking University,which covers 54 residents and includes pre-job training,on-the-job training and case analysis for residents,theoretical and emergency practical skills training based on clinical knowledge,standardized treatment process and doctor-patient communication.Pre-and post-training evaluations of the trainees were performed.The results showed that the training system effectively improved the competency of residents in general surgery emergency and ensured the safety of patients.
