摘  要:理工类应用型本科院校肩负着为地方经济社会发展培养一流应用型创新人才的重任,其一流人才的培养必须有一流的专业做支撑。当前,理工类应用型本科院校在一流专业建设上存在专业定位不清晰、教学理念不先进、师资力量较薄弱、产教融合不深入等问题,为此,理工类应用型本科院校可采取六项策略积极建设一流专业:更新发展理念,引领一流专业建设;明确培养目标,优化人才培养方案;优化课程体系,强化理实一体要求;坚持多措并举,着力打造一流队伍;坚持产教融合,深入推进校企合作;建立评价机制,加强建设质量监控。Application-oriented colleges of science and engineering shoulder the responsibility of cultivating first-class application-oriented innovative talents for local economic and social development,which presupposes the construction of first-class majors.At present,there are some problems in the construction of first-class majors in application-oriented colleges of science and engineering,such as unclear professional orientation,less advanced teaching concept,weak faculty,and lack of integration between industry and education.Therefore,six strategies could be adopted to build first-class majors actively for the colleges:Renewing the concept of development to lead the construction of first-class majors;making clear cultivation objective to optimize personnel cultivating program;optimizing the curriculum system to strengthen the integration of theory and practice;insisting on taking multiple measures to build a first-class team;persisting in integration of production and education to propel school-enterprise cooperation;establishing evaluation mechanism to strengthen construction quality control.
