摘  要:葡萄酒产业是高度复合的产业,是贯彻乡村振兴战略、生态文明建设和产业转型升级的最佳载体。经济新常态下,促进具有“新六产”属性的葡萄酒产业转型升级,对于推动产业融合、形成新业态、凝聚新动能,具有创新引领的积极意义。本文总结烟台葡萄酒产业优势条件,剖析制约烟台葡萄酒产业发展的瓶颈,指出当前烟台葡萄酒产业存在着实体企业动力减弱、关键要素短板突出、协作机制运行僵化、产业链条衔接不畅、品牌建设创新乏力、对外开放层次偏低等问题,并提出理顺产业管理体制、提升要素供给质量、构建产业集聚平台、塑造产区品牌价值、厚植特色人文底蕴等五个方面的对策和具体建议,旨在全面推动烟台葡萄酒产业转型升级,实现高质量可持续发展。Wine industry is a highly complex industry,and is the best carrier to implement the strategy of rural revitalization,ecological civilization construction and industry transformation and upgrading.Under the new normal of economy,promoting the transformation and upgrading of the wine industry with the attribute of"New sixth industry"is of positive significance for promoting industrial integration,forming a new format,and condensing new momentum.The advantageous conditions of the wine industry in Yantai were summarized,bottlenecks that restrict the development of the wine industry in Yantai were analyzed,and key problems in the wine industry in Yantai were pointed out,such as weakening of the motive force of the entity enterprises,prominent shortcomings of key elements,rigidity of the operation of the cooperation mechanism,poor connection of industrial chains,lack of innovation in brand building,and low level of opening-up.In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of Yantai wine industry in an all-round way and achieve high-quality sustainable development,five countermeasures and specific suggestions were put forward,including straightening out the industrial management system,improving the quality of factor supply,constructing the industrial agglomeration platform,shaping the brand value of the production area,and planting the humanistic implications of the characteristics.
