产教融合背景下高职院校人才培养模式探索与实践

摘　　要：针对当前高职院校产教融合中存在的问题,在分析国家政策、经济发展、高新技术对现代职业教育影响的基础上,以黄河水利职业技术学院电子信息工程技术专业为例,从健全制度体系、开展"个性化""全人化"人才培养、构建"1+X"课程体系、打造"结构化"教师队伍等方面,提出了校企协同育人的路径和举措。Aiming at the current problems existing in integration of industry and education of higher vocational colleges,and after analyzing the national policy,economic development,the impact of high and new technology on modern vocational education,it takes the specialty of electronic information engineering technology of Yellow River Conservancy Technical Institute as an example.It puts forward the path and measures of school-enterprise collaboration in educating people,from perfecting the system,carrying out the“personalized”,“perfect”talent cultivation,constructing the“1+X”curriculum system,building the“structuralization”teaching staff,etc.
