摘 要:中国传统师德的内涵建构在道与德内涵基础之上,诸如天人合一之道、内圣外王之道以及伦常之德、治理之德、修身之德等道与德内涵的基本成分构成了传统师德内涵的原始依据。人师之德是展现传统师德历史原貌的一个典型面向,其核心特质即在于一方面凸显师者职分上的以身作则的模范性;另一方面强调社会成员普遍意义上的以德立身的示范性,由此促成社会整体道德体系的和谐有序发展。三皇五帝与三代诸王等圣王师以及以孔子为代表的圣贤师等圣化教师形象的相继涌现,成为理想化师德得以实现的显明历史标志,其中尤以孔子的师德实践和理论更加具有深远影响。The connotation of traditional Chinese teachers’morality is based on the connotation of Tao and virtue,and the basic elements of the connotation of Tao and virtue,such as the way of the unity of nature and man,the way of sageliness within and kingliness without,the virtue of ethics,the virtue of governance and the virtue of self-cultivation,constitute the original basis of the connotation of traditional teachers’morality.The model teachers’morality is a typical aspect to show the historical appearance of traditional teachers’morality.Its core characteristic is to highlight the exemplary role of setting an example in teachers’duties on the one hand,and on the other hand,it emphasizes the demonstration of social members’morality in the general sense,thus contributing to the harmonious and orderly development of the moral system of the whole society.The emergence of the three sovereigns and five emperors,the other holy kings of the three dynasties and the sage teachers represented by Confucius,has become an obvious historical symbol of the realization of the idealized teachers’morality,among which the practice and theory of Confucius’s teacher morality has a far-reaching influence.
