幼儿园教师地方文化素养的内涵、价值与培养

摘　　要：地方文化是园本课程建设的重要资源,教师的地方文化素养是制约园本课程质量的重要因素。教师的地方文化素养主要包括地方文化知识、地方文化自觉、地方文化实践能力三个方面。在以地方文化为依托的园本课程建设中,教师的地方文化素养可以促进教师对园本课程价值的认同、对园本课程内容的理解及对园本课程效果的评价。幼儿园应重视对教师地方文化素养的培养,如可以通过园所文化建设为此种素养的培养提供良好的文化环境,通过加强课程内容建设提升教师对本土文化的了解和掌握,通过丰富教师的业余生活引导其深刻认识自身赖以生存的文化境遇,不断提高教师的本土文化意识。Local culture is the important resource for kindergarten-based curriculum construction,so teachers’local cultural literacy has influence on the quality of kindergarten-based curriculum.Teachers’local cultural literacy consists of teachers’knowledge,understanding,and practice of local culture.Such literacy can promote teachers’acceptance of the course’s value and mastering of the course’s content and evaluation on the course’s results.Kindergarten should pay attention to the cultivation of teachers’local cultural literacy,which can be improved by kindergarten’s efforts on kindergarten culture construction,course content organization and the enriching of teachers’amateur life connected with local culture.
