西安1980坐标系山海易绘林业制图文件转CGCS2000方法的研究

摘　　要：山海易绘EzMap绘图软件在黑龙江省级林业调查单位广泛应用,主要是对森林资源规划设计调查、公益林管护界定、规划设计等业务进行地图制图,其图库林业专题内容丰富,制图成图效果美观。在林业制图生产应用过程中,对基础图件信息及各类符号等内容不断的补充和完善,工程文件中各类基础地物、林业专题、表达效果等信息量大且十分重要,并可以被其他业务制图工作进行信息调用。以往的山海工程文件均为西安1980坐标系,随着CGCS2000坐标系的广泛应用,原始的80坐标工程文件已不能满足现在的业务生产制图要求,需要将西安1980坐标系的工程文件制作为CGCS2000坐标系的工程文件。采用软件方式生成山海软件识别的控制点文件,使用山海易绘矢量数据配准工具,实现林业工程文件的高精度的坐标转换。Shanhaiyihui EzMap mapping software is widely used in Heilongjiang provincial forestry investigation units,mainly for forest resource planning and design investigation,public welfare forest management and protection definition,planning and design and other services to map and map.Its library is rich in forestry topics and has a map effect.In the process of forestry cartography production and application,the basic map information and various symbols are constantly supplemented and improved.The various basic features,forestry topics,expression effects and other information in the project documents are large and very important,and can be Information call for other business drawing work.In the past,the Shanhai engineering documents were all based on the Xi′an 1980 coordinate system.With the widespread application of the CGCS2000 coordinate system,the original 80-coordinate engineering file can no longer meet the current business production drawing requirements.It is necessary to make the engineering file of the Xi′an 1980 coordinate system into CGCS2000 coordinates Department of engineering documents.The software method is used to generate the control point file recognized by the Shanhai software,and the Shanhai easy drawing vector data registration tool is used to realize the high-precision coordinate conversion of the forestry engineering file.
