摘  要:现代化矿井产能增加,井田面积不断扩大,对辅助运输能力的要求也在不断提升。为避免无轨胶轮车超速行驶带来的非稳定性安全隐患造成的人员以及设备损伤,以煤矿辅助运输安全为前提,大柳塔煤矿结合4G网络无线通讯技术,将井下无轨胶轮车数据上传,实现信息共享、有效监控。论述了煤矿辅助运输系统实现信息化、智能化的管理方式,并分析了辅助运输系统的发展方向。防跑车失速装置的应用,全面提升了井下辅助运输智能交通管理系统,构建车辆管理信息化平台,可以为智能化安全矿井建设打下坚实基础。With the continuous increase of modern mine production capacity and the lengthening of auxiliary transport distance,the requirement of auxiliary transportation capacity is also improving.In order to avoid personal injury and equipment damage caused by the potential safety hazard of trackless rubber tyred vehicle speeding,taking the auxiliary transportation safety of coal mine as the premise,Daliuta coal mine adopts 4G network wireless communication technology to upload data of underground trackless rubber tyred vehicle,and achieves the goal of information sharing and effective monitoring.This paper discusses the way to realize information and intelligence of auxiliary transportation system in coal mine,and analyzes the development direction of auxiliary transportation system.The application of anti-stall device improves the intelligent traffic management system of underground auxiliary transportation.The construction of vehicle management information platform can lay a solid foundation for the construction of intelligent safety mine.
