摘　　要：以对映异构为例进行了基于专业课程激发学生的学习兴趣,培养本科生创新与应用能力的教学方法改革;初步探索了以专业课程为载体,通过提高学生在学习中的主体地位形成终身学习的能力和习惯以及引导本科生培养正确的成就动机的教学设计;并尝试为高校专业课程的教学增加附加值方面提供有益的参考。Taking the enantiotopic chapter of organic chemistry as an example,this paper explores the teaching reform to form the ability and habit of lifelong learning by improving students’dominant position in learning and to guide undergraduates to cultivate the right achievement motivation.It also tries to provide useful references for the teaching of specialized courses in colleges and universities.
