摘  要:教师的良好教学效能感影响到教学全过程,它直接影响了教师对课堂的期待、教学行为及教学反思评价等教学环节。良好的教学效能感如何形成以及形成过程中受哪些具体因素影响成为该文研究的对象。该研究首先从前人研究成果出发,分析归纳、探索总结了影响高职教师教学效能感的因素及其之间的关系,为后续编制问卷调查高职教师教学效能感现状以及有针对性地帮助提高高职教师尤其是青年高职教师教学效能感提供了参考。It is obvious that teachers’good sense of teaching efficacy has an impact on teachers’teaching,which directly affects teachers’expectations of his lessons,teaching behaviors and teaching reflection evaluation.So the factors influencing teachers’sense of teaching efficacy have become the object of this study.Starting from the previous research results,this research attempts to explore and summarize the influencing factors of teaching effectiveness of higher vocational teachers.Based on that,it tries to obtain the influencing factors of teaching effectiveness,as to provide reference for the follow-up research on the current situation of teaching effectiveness of higher vocational teachers,and to help improve the teaching effectiveness of higher vocational teachers,especially young teachers.
