摘　　要：目前高职院校实践教学存在人才培养与人才需求匹配性差、理论与实际脱节、实践创新能力差等问题,为此,高职院校要以课程改革为切入点,重视实践教学,设置更为丰富多彩的校内实训活动,改进实训教学模式,多举措推动校企合作,搭建实训平台,来提高学生的职业能力。At present some problems exist in the practical teaching of higher vocational colleges,namely the match between talent cultivation and talent need is weak,theory is not connected closely with practice,and practice innovation ability is weak.Therefore higher vocational colleges need to focus on course reform,attach importance to practical teaching,offer various campus practice activities,improve the practical teaching mode,promote school-enterprise cooperation,and establish practical training platform to improve vocational competence of students.
