摘　　要：现代学徒制是通过深化校企合作、产教融合,让企业参与职业教育人才培养的全过程,实现校企双主体育人,以培养高素质技术技能型人才为目标的现代人才培养模式。在对轮机工程技术专业的育人现状进行分析的基础上,探讨如何选择合适的航运企业进行合作及实施现代学徒制的具体途径。Modern apprenticeship system is a modern talents training mode aimed at cultivating high-quality technical and skilled personnel,it enables enterprises to participate in the whole process of vocational education personnel training by deepening the cooperation between colleges and enterprises and the integration of production and education,and it is helpful to realize the common education of colleges and enterprises.On the basis of analyzing the current talents training situation of marine engineering technology,this paper discusses how to choose the suitable shipping enterprises to cooperate and the specific ways to implement modern.
