摘  要:肿瘤是一种多因素参与、多步骤发生的疾病。肿瘤生物学与多学科知识相关,专业性较强。目前医学院校本科教学中缺乏系统的肿瘤生物学课程,无法满足学生对肿瘤相关知识的渴求以及培养学生科研能力的需要。在基础医学各学科中有机整合肿瘤相关内容,并增加最新研究进展,形成肿瘤生物学课程,使本科生在基础医学阶段对肿瘤有较为全面的了解,从而具备较为系统的知识体系,为适应将来临床肿瘤学课程的学习及进行相关的科学研究奠定坚实的基础,同时有助于培养具备系统肿瘤生物学基础知识的师资力量,通过教学促进科研的协调发展。Tumorigenesis is a multi-step and complex process with multi-factors involved.Cancer Biology is related to multi-disciplinary knowledge and is a professional course.At present,there is a lack of systematic Cancer Biology curriculum in undergraduate education of medical colleges and universities,which cannot satisfy students′thirst for tumor-related knowledge and need to cultivate students′scientific research ability.Cancer Biology curriculum can be formed by integrating related knowledge to tumor from different disciplines of basic medical sciences,so that students may have a more comprehensive understanding of tumor in preclinical period of medical education.It is beneficial for undergraduates to build a solid foundation for future clinical oncology course and related scientific research.At the same time,it is helpful for teachers to acquire systematic knowledge of Cancer Biology and promote coordinated development of scientific research through teaching.
