摘　　要：卫生高级职称自主评审是认真贯彻落实国家深化职称制度改革的重要措施。宁夏回族自治区人民医院作为宁夏第一批卫生系列高级职称自主评审试点单位,对卫生系列高级职称自主评审流程和标准进行了探索,取得了一定的成效。笔者总结了宁夏回族自治区人民医院近几年对卫生系列高级职称自主评审工作的实践经验,初步确定了自主评审的方法、条件、流程、指标和体系,可供开展自主评审的医疗机构参考。Autonomous evaluation of senior health titles is an important measure to implement the reform of the national professional title system. The People’s Hospital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,as one of the first batch of pilot units in Ningxia autonomous Region,has explored the process and standard of autonomous evaluation of senior health titles and achieved certain results. The author summarizes the practical experience of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region People’s Hospital in the autonomous evaluation of senior medical titles in recent years,and preliminarily determines the methods,conditions,procedures,indicators and systems of autonomous evaluation,which can be used for reference by medical institutions.
