摘 要:“一带一路”倡议的提出,对高职英语教学提出了更高要求。高职院校作为人才培养的重要阵地,积极探索“一带一路”背景下英语教学工匠精神培养路径,对推动高职英语教学改革、提升与时俱进的人才有着重要的现实意义。在分析“一带一路”倡议对高职英语教学产生影响的基础上,探讨当前高职英语教学工匠精神培养所面临的困境,为此,通过正确定位英语教学工匠精神培养目标,重视工匠精神在英语教学中的渗透,强化学生创新动力和创新意识,并兼顾实践与理论,由此提升“一带一路”背景下高职英语教学工匠精神的培养实效。The initiative of“one belt and one road”has put forward higher requirements for the college English Teaching.It is of great practical significance for the higher vocational colleges,as an important position of personnel training,to explore the training path for English workers in the context of“one belt and one road”to promote the reform of English teaching and improve the talents who are advancing with the times.Based on the analysis of the college English teaching influenced by the initiative of“one belt and one road”,this paper discusses the difficulties in the cultivation of craftsman spirit in the college English teaching.In this way,we should correctly position the training target of English teaching craftsman spirit,attach importance to the penetration of craftsman spirit in English teaching,strengthen the students’innovative motivation and innovative consciousness,and take into account practice and theory,thus enhancing the training effect of the craftsman spirit in the college English teaching.
