摘　　要：《生物技术综合实验》是生物技术专业的重要课程,针对该课程目前存在的主要问题,通过更新实验内容、丰富教学模式和完善考核方法对课程体系进行改革。通过教学改革提高了学生实验操作技能,激发了学生的科研热情,教学质量得到了显著提高。Biological technique Integration Experiment is an important course of biotechnology major. Aiming at the main problems of the course, the project was reformed by updating the experimental content, enriching the teaching mode and improving the assessment method. Through this reform, the experimental skills of the students were improved, the enthusiasm of the students for scientific research was stimulated, and the teaching quality was significantly improved.
