摘　　要：药事管理学是药学相关专业的必修课,具有很强的实践性。传统的药事管理学课堂教学枯燥、内容难懂、重理论不重实践,并且由于药事管理法律法规经常更新,课本内容严重滞后,已经难以适应现代教学需求。根据教学目标建立药事管理学案例库可增强课程的规范性和实时性,案例教学可提高学生的学习兴趣,培养学生自主思考的能力,从而提升教学效果。Pharmacy administration is a compulsory course for pharmacy related majors, which has strong practicality. The traditional teaching mode of pharmacy administration is boring and difficult for students to understand, which is emphasizing theory rather than practice. And due to the frequent updating of pharmaceutical laws and regulations, the content of textbooks lags behind, it is difficult to meet the needs of teaching. It is necessary to establish the case base of pharmacy administration according to the teaching objectives, so as to enhance the real-time of the course. Case-based learning method will improve students’ interest in learning, cultivate their ability of thinking independently, and improve the teaching effects.
