摘 要:基于叙事医学理念与护理心理学教学实践的结合,培养护生沟通及共情能力。以上海某高校二年级10名护理本科生为研究对象,将叙事医学理念融合到护理心理学的“临床各类病人的心理护理”章节教学中。课上,要求学生对文献中他人患病故事进行阅读与反思,同学彼此进行自身患病体验分享。课后,通过半结构式深入访谈,搜集周围亲戚或朋友的患病体验,并对访谈进行录音和转录,撰写个人反思。通过这些方法,学生们表示对教学内容印象深刻,能更好地掌握护理心理学相关知识。This study aims to cultivate the communication and empathy ability of the nursing students based on a combination of narrative medicine and nursing psychology teaching practice.Ten sophomores from a university in Shanghai were recruited as the participants.The philosophy of narrative medicine was integrated in the teaching of the chapter"psychological care of patients with various clinical diseases".In class,the teacher asked the students to read and reflect on the patient's illness stories in the literature.Then they began to share their own illness stories.After class,students were required to conduct semi-structured in-depth interviews to collect the illness experiences of relatives or friends around them.The interviews were recorded and transcribed.Reflective writing was required to write based on the transcription.Students were deeply impressed by the teaching content with such teaching methods,which ensured them better master the relevant knowledge of nursing psychology.
