摘 要:文章就变革型领导对应用型本科高校新教师创新行为的影响机理进行实证研究,选取江苏省5所应用型高校近3年新进教师作为调查对象,采用实地发放和邮件发放2种方式获取数据,共发放问卷300份,回收276份,有效问卷264份。有效问卷数据分析显示:变革型领导通过心理授权会对新教师的创新行为产生重要影响,且情绪智力和外倾性个性特质环境在两者关系中发挥着调节作用。In recent years,transformational leadership,as a new style of leadership,has been widely concerned at home and abroad.This paper conducts an empirical research on the influence mechanism of transformational leadership on the new teachers’innovation behavior in application-oriented colleges and universities.New teachers who joined the faculty in three years ago in five application-oriented universities in Jiangsu Province are selected as the survey objects,and the data are obtained by field distribution and mail distribution.A total of 300 questionnaires are distributed,276 are recovered and 264 are valid.Through the analysis of the valid questionnaires data,the results show that transformational leadership has an important influence on new teachers’innovation behavior by psychological empowerment,and emotional intelligence and extroversion personality environment also has a regulating effect on the relationship between them.
