摘 要:单轨列车高速行进中,弓头往往会发生较大振动冲击刚性接触网,降低弓网受流质量与寿命,为此提出一种改善弓网关系的主动控制方法。在此基础上,首先分别建立了单轨弓网耦合的线性二自由度动力学模型,以及无刷直流电机的双闭环控制驱动模型;然后结合分数阶PID控制算法,完成了整个主动控制系统的建模;最后对比分析了列车不同时速下受电弓被动控制和主动控制接触力的响应以及弓头的抬升量,并分析了主动控制的响应速度。研究结果表明:该主动控制方法的响应速度能够完全满足高速状态下弓网关系的调节要求,且能够明显降低接触力波动,缓解弓网碰撞,减少弓网磨损,提高其使用寿命。In the high-speed travel of monorail trains,the pantograph head often vibrates to impact the rigid catenary,which reduces the current collection quality and service life of the pantograph catenary.Therefore,an active control method for improving the pantograph-catenary relationship was proposed.On this basis,the linear two-degree-of-freedom dynamic model of monorail's pantograph-catenary coupling system and the double-closed-loop control driving model of brushless DC motor were established respectively.Then the fractional-order PID control algorithm was combined to complete the modeling of the whole active control system.Finally,the response of the passive control and active control contact force of the pantograph and the lift of the pantograph's head at different speeds of the train were compared and analyzed,and the response speed of the active control was also analyzed.The experimental results show that the response speed of the proposed active control method can fully meet the adjustment requirements of the pantograph-catenary relationship under high-speed conditions,and can significantly reduce the contact force fluctuation,reduce both collision and abrasion of pantograph-catenary as well as improve its service life.
