摘  要:采用分光光度计法对闪式提取法制备的地耳菜乙醇提取物进行成分分析,通过3种方法对其抗氧化性进行评价,并探讨其在抑制胰脂肪酶、乙酰胆碱酯酶及HepG2细胞增殖方面的作用。结果表明,地耳菜乙醇提取物中多酚含量10.22±0.06 mg GAE/g FDW,黄酮含量41.37±0.30 mg RE/g FDW;地耳菜乙醇提取物具有较强还原力,对DPPH自由基清除和亚铁离子螯合的IC50值分别为217.25μg/mL和320.31μg/mL,说明地耳菜乙醇提取物具有较好的抗氧化活性;其抑制胰脂肪酶及乙酰胆碱酯酶的IC50值分别为74.81μg/mL和2.47 mg/mL,且同等质量浓度下对Hep G2细胞增殖抑制率远低于5-FU,表明其具有较好的降血脂活性,但其抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶及人肝癌HepG2细胞增殖的效果较差。The components of the ethanol extract of Nostoc sphaeroids prepared by flash extraction were analyzed by spectrophotometer,then its antioxidant activity was evaluated by three methods,and the effects on inhibiting the activity of pancreatic lipase,acetylcholinesterase and HepG2 cells proliferation were discussed.The results showed that the content of phenolics in ethanol extract was 10.22±0.06 mg GAE/g FDW,and the content of flavonoids was 41.37±0.30 mg RE/g FDW;The ethanol extract of Radix Aucklandiae had a strong reducing power,and the IC50 value of DPPH free radical scavenging and ferrous ion chelating was 217.25μg/mL and 320.31μg/mL,which indicated that Radix Aucklandiae had a strong reducing power.The IC50 value of inhibition of pancreatic lipase and acetylcholinesterase was 74.81μg/mL and 2.47 mg/m L,respectively,and the inhibition of HepG2 cell proliferation at the same concentration was much lower than 5-FU,which indicated that ethanol extract had better antilipidemic activity,but its inhibition effect on acetylcholinesterase and HepG2 cell proliferation was weak.
