摘 要:通过访谈法和观察法对学前听觉障碍儿童转衔教育进行长达半年的跟踪研究,探讨安徽淮北地区针对学前听觉障碍儿童开展的转衔教育模式和经验。当前国内学前特殊儿童的转衔教育并不完善,仍然存在众多问题,须从促进法律和政府政策建设、加快本土化实践探索、完善个别化转衔计划、建立评估和监察机制、为特殊儿童家长提供更多转衔信息等方面加以完善。Through interviews and observations,this research makes a half-year follow-up study on the title-transferring education of preschool hearing-impaired children,and discusses the model and experience of title-transferring education for preschool hearingimpaired children in Huaibei area,Anhui Province.At present,the transfer education of preschool special children in China is not perfect,and there are still many problems.The researchers provided some constructive opinions and suggestions from the aspects of promoting laws and government policies,speeding up the exploration of localization practice,perfecting the individualized title transfer plan,establishing the evaluation and monitoring mechanism,and providing more title transfer information for parents of special children.
